I am so glad you are here! I work from the perspective that our stories develop in the context of our relationships with ourselves and with others. Sometimes these relationships are hard and traumatic and break us down to a point where it feels difficult to build up trust in yourself and others again. My goal is to join you on your healing path, walking alongside you as we break down old patterns and behaviors created to keep you safe in chaos, and help you find new ways to trust yourself, express yourself as the freaking amazing human you are and live your life with freedom and joy. I work with you to trust and know yourself and learn how to show up with courage to your bold, brave and authentic life.

A holistic and systemic approach to healing is based on your own needs and goals for yourself and your relationships. I believe it is vital to integrate the mind-body-spirit connection for lasting healing and growth and incorporate aspects of this into our work together.
